Cancellation Policy

We kindly ask for at least 24 hours notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours notice will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee. Same-day cancellations or no-shows will be charged 100% of the service cost. As a mobile luxury service, each appointment requires dedicated time, travel, and preparation.
